On Tuesday, November 14, 2006, the McPherson Planning LRA held a McPherson Community Conference at William M. Finch Elementary School. As part of this event, PBS&J presented the development of a Vision, Mission and Guiding Principles for the comprehensive planning. Keep in mind this is an ongoing process.
